WHAT MAKES 3GHOSTS DIFFERENT
My way of working comes from spending years inside large, complicated environments where nothing moves without real structure behind it. At PVH, I learned what it takes to support senior leadership across two iconic global fashion brands with very different priorities across a shared supply chain. At the World Food Programme, I worked inside a genuinely international operation where teams in Rome, regional hubs, and country offices all had to stay connected with functional SMEs while moving at very different speeds. Initiating and leading partnerships across Africa, Europe, APAC, and the Americas has added another layer of depth to my practical understanding of how people and global organizations work, communicate, and make decisions.
What I bring into any system is steadiness and accuracy. I pay attention to what is actually happening, not the version people repeat out of habit. I give the work structure so the noise drops and teams can move with purpose. I document what matters so expectations are explicit. I track the details that usually get lost because those are the ones that slow everything down. When problems surface, they are handled early, not left to snowball. I also clear paths where teams have been running into the same walls, which is often all that’s needed to get momentum back. Over time, the operation runs quieter and leaders can focus on decisions that truly require their attention.
